1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how WealthBandit LLC (“Wealth Bandit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit wealthbandit.co and use our tools, including the Wealth Bandit Score™ quiz and the Freedom Date Calculator™.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details — your first name and email address when you join the waitlist, take the quiz, or use the calculator.
• Quiz & calculator inputs and results — the answers you provide and the outputs we generate, such as your Wealth Bandit Score, score category, top wealth leak, and estimated annual leak. We use these to personalize your follow-up emails.
• Purchase details — if you buy a product (for example, the Blueprint or a 1:1 Audit), payment is processed by our payment provider; we receive confirmation and basic order details but not your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — pages viewed, approximate location (from IP), browser and device type, and similar diagnostic data, only where permitted by your cookie choices.
• Cookies & similar technologies — see section 5. Essential cookies always run; analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the Wealth Bandit Score, the calculator, and any resources you request.
• To send you emails you signed up for, and to personalize them using your quiz results.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To process purchases and provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK), we rely on your consent for marketing, on performance of a contract for purchases, and on our legitimate interests for running and securing the site.

4. Email & marketing

We send our newsletter and follow-up emails using Beehiiv, our email service provider, which processes your name, email, and quiz results on our behalf. We only add you to our list when you have given explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop sending marketing messages.

5. Cookies, tracking & Global Privacy Control

We use a consent banner so that no analytics or marketing scripts load until you opt in. You can change your choices any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

• Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choices.
• Analytics cookies (only with consent) help us understand traffic and performance.
• Marketing cookies (only with consent) support advertising and retargeting.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals: when your browser sends one, we automatically opt you out of the sale or sharing of personal information and disable marketing cookies.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Wealth Bandit, under contracts that limit their use of it, including:

• Beehiiv — email delivery and list management.
• Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions.
• Stripe, Inc. — payments, if you make a purchase.
• Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) — site analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your information for as long as you remain a subscriber or as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it except where we must retain records (for example, for tax or legal reasons).

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of California, other US states with privacy laws, the EEA, and the UK have specific rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.

9. Children's privacy

Wealth Bandit is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security & international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including keeping API keys server-side so they are never exposed in your browser. No method of transmission is 100% secure. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes & contact
