1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wealthbandit.co and our tools and content (the “Service”), operated by WealthBandit LLC (“Wealth Bandit,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Educational only — not financial advice

Wealth Bandit provides educational content and self-assessment tools only. We are not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, accountant, tax advisor, or attorney, and nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The content is general in nature, may not apply to your situation, and should not be relied upon as personalized advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. You are solely responsible for your own financial choices.

4. Scores & estimates

Your Wealth Bandit Score™, Freedom Date, projected wealth leaks, and all figures shown are illustrative estimates based on the information you enter and standard modeling assumptions (for example, an assumed long-term annual return of roughly 10%). They are not predictions, guarantees, or promises of any particular outcome. Actual results vary and may be significantly different.

5. Waitlist & communications

When you join the waitlist or submit a tool, you agree we may contact you by email as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate.

6. Payments, refunds & all sales final

We may offer paid products, such as the Wealth Bandit Blueprint™ ($35), along with other products we may introduce from time to time. Prices are displayed at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; by completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Digital products are delivered electronically and access is typically granted immediately after payment.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and are made available to you immediately upon purchase, all purchases are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations once a purchase is completed, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable law.

Immediate access & waiver of withdrawal rights. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory cancellation or “cooling-off” period for digital content, then by completing your purchase and choosing to access or download the product immediately, you expressly request that performance begin right away and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your non-waivable statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its stated purpose). Where such law requires a remedy, we will provide the minimum remedy required by that law.

Future subscription products. Any subscription, membership, or other recurring-billing product we may offer in the future will be governed by the separate subscription agreement and terms presented to you at the time of purchase — including their own billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund provisions — which will control over this section with respect to those products.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Wealth Bandit name, logo, the Wealth Bandit Score™, the Freedom Date Calculator™, text, graphics, and tools, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't submit false information or impersonate others.

9. Third-party links & services

The Service may link to or rely on third parties (such as Beehiiv, Vercel, and payment providers). We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Bandit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, savings, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for any dispute, except where prohibited by law.
